And I have The yearly Geek Squad contract. Having to schlep over to Best Buy’s gives customer service a new low.I have a lot of free time for schlepping and Best Buys Geek Squad takes up all of it. Who should I thank? Holding ph for over 2 hr is NOT SERVICE, just in case Geek Squad and or Best Buy’s don’t know it? Wish I didn’t need u. The nice guys at the physical desk get all the credit re cust serv. Best Buy’s gets a zero Tootles.
