I had high expectations from Logitech products. Unfortunately, this was not one of their better products. The sound quality was excellent, especially considering the price. However, there are some notable issues: 1. The cable was very thick and stiff, so it is messy to use. 2. The ear pad was a bit hard, so it is not very comfortable. 3. The USB header is quite large, so it can be a problem if you are using it in a tight space.

Plug and go! Great sound quality with volume adjustment. Padded earphones and headband are comfy too

This is a great little headset. The fidelity on this piece of equipment is not perfect but it is more than adequate.

Totally as expected per the desorption. Not too heavy, great to use for office and customer service. Highly recommended.

My college student uses this headset to game at school. Good quality at an incredible price. If they break (or get run over by a chair lol) we just buy a new pair!

I bought this in order to have a second headset - one for work & one for home. I like this one so well (the padding makes it very comfortable) that I keep it where I need it most often.

I like the easy installation and the acoustics are really nice. Easy to adjust volume and headphones and easy on the ears.

I use this for Skype at work. Ear padding is good and clear sound/mic. My only issue is the mute button doesn't seem to work with skype for business.
