Not great but not awful.

There are no options to swap out the headset pads either, so I cant wear this for long periods of time without it hurting my ears. The actual microphone part is also not the easiest to move, in theory that isnt a bad thing- but moving it to the talking position will pull it off your head. So you have to use two hands, one to hold the headset in place and one to pull the mic down. Also my previous headsets were a bit flexable so I could wear them on one ear- that isnt an option with this one. Its very stiff- Im thankful I only need to use this for short periods of time.

I really love this Logitech-H390. Good quality sound and quick volume control at your fingertips.

Cord is longer than other brands I have used but still never long enough to walk around my desk. I have heard no complaints about the microphone or its volume. I had this for 2 yrs before the right-side of the ear piece has lost is mojo and ability to slide up and down. I use a bit of tape to keep it in place now. As a result and for comfort, I usually take these off after my conference call. I will likely buy again when needed or possibly upgrade to a wireless pair.
