Geek Squad told me I had to sign into ZOOM first to test. Windows 11 eliminated that option. The Logitech stereo headphones work very well except the padded earphones make my ears sweat. Happy with them anyway. Very good sound.

Bought more than once

The ear pieces will crack and the cord will short out, but you will get 3- 5 years out of it. I do not recommend the h-390 (not sure the model but has blue flat ear pieces), it shorts out in a year. I always hang my headsets on a hook and never fold the cord tightly. It is the usb tip that shorts or starts to miss it's white center For the price you can't beat it. Especially since USB headsets are no longer made by Sony & Best Buy does not sale the Microsoft ones.
