I love my headsets. They do not hurt my ears-no pressure. The microphone is great quality too. Ive been using it on zoom and everyone heard me well. I haven’t had any problems with it; glad I made this purchase. Also, when i have need to sneeze i press the mute button and the people on the other side of the screen do not notice I am on mute. Super convenient feature.

I could not have selected a better choice of headset with microphone. It really eliminates the noise. It fits perfect and comfortable over head and on ears. The quality is excellent! I work from home now and this is just what I needed! I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I use this h390 usb headset for my work from home job. The mute button on this headset is convenient. It has a clear sound. People can hear me very well through this headset. It is a easy setup. I have only one complaint. When you wear this headset for several hours. The inside leather part that sits on your ears can become sore and hurt. At least it did me that way. Maybe because it was new. This is still a good budget headset.

There is no software setup for these headphones so that’s a plus. My clients can hear me clearly. The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is because after a long while they become super uncomfortable and hurt your cartilage but that’s to be expected if you are wearing them 8 hours a day.

No complaints I'm having to get another one only because my dog loved it so much too that he tried to eat it.

Quality of incoming sound and mics is fine but the headset is uncomfortable. Can't wear for more than an hour at a time. Adjustments to headpiece can be made lengthwise but not widthwise. White color is stylish enough. Price is reasonable.

I was needing a headset to connect to my work pc as I work from home. This works really good and I hear audio crystal clear and the Mic is noise cancelling. Works really awesome.

I really needed to buy something that would be of good quality for my weekly meetings, and this worked perfectly! It has a great sound and my voice is heard clearly. I like the ability to quickly mute my mic with a push of a button.

I work in a call center, this was purchased for work. The headphones work good and the noise control helps a lot during calls but they are small and not very comfortable.

Got two of them. Use it all the time. Adjusts volume and mutes. Does not pick up the heavy breathing, very reasonable price and I use it for business meetings. Not a high quality for music but it does what it's supposed to do. Highly recommend for the basic listen and talk. I can move the mouthpiece out of the way and connects to USB 2.0 or higher. Right, little noise too.

Over the last 9 years, we have gotten a lot of these.My husband use as them for work.He likes them because they have a mute button. They also have a noise cancel sound very well.

Love the headset. Good quality headset. The sound quality is great. I like that it has a mute button. The only con is that the headset is not so comfortable.

Love love love that this worked for me our systems don’t work with every headset so this was a life Saver also getting used to mute button is a bit challenging lol I’ve turned the volume down and didn’t realize so keep an eye on that but overall love and love the warranty option thank you Best Buy

Very soft to the ears, great sound, cord is not too long and not too short jusstt right. Use for work my customers can hear me clearly.

Excellent product! I’m not a fan of cord. I prefer wireless but my employer’s software from the virtual desktop is only compatible with a USB connected headset so I was forced to buy it. Surprisingly, it performs better than and more comfortable to wear for long hours than the one I had with a headphone jack. Works great with my iMac.

I love this headset. I am using it for my personal use, and plan to use it for my job as a Call Center representative, since the head set that I was provided with for my job are a bit painful for me.

These are really 4.5 stars but I can only choose 4 or 5 and cannot give them 5 because my ears become sore after a few hours of use. That's the small negative, everything else is very positive. They do everything well and I would buy them again if something happened to mine. The price to value ratio makes them a steal.

After reviewing several headsets online and then reading multiple reviews, I decided to purchase this headset because it was well priced and had all the features and functions I was looking for. I have used the headset multiple times for teleconferences. It is comfortable on my ears and I have not had one single problem with it. I would recommend this item to others.
