I needed a headphone with good microphone. Finally I got this and I love it. 1. I love the fact I can mute the headphone without muting my meeting mute 2. Sits comfortably to my head 3. Voices are clear, no messing around with software installations or setup of any kind. It just plain works and I understand why this product was rated highly by other best buy users. If you are on the fence, just pull the trigger. It's cheap enough that risk is minimal, and if you happen to struggle with the headset, best buy has a decent return policy.

Uncomfortable of you need the mic on the left, I get the feeling it wasn’t made to function on left or right. Swamp ear is an issue.

Not a good fit

The are described (and shown in photo) as being "over the ear" but when I got them home and opened the package, they are actually "on ear". No way the ear piece is fitting over anyone's ear. The sound quality was fine as was the price, but they are SOOOOOO tight, they gave me a headache after wearing them for a very short amount of time. As someone who will be working as a transcriptionist AND wears glasses, these are definitely not a good fit for that.
