    I work from home and when I’m talking on the phone using these, I’m told that my headset cuts out a lot and people can’t hear me at times. I have to repeat myself a lot. Also, people have told me they can hear the aquarium and bird in the background, they are across the room, and nowhere near where I sit. Thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling?

      I am sorry that the H390 is not working as you expected. The H390 are noise canceling, but they are also the bottom line product from the Logitech productivity collection. If you are looking for superior sound and mic quality, I recommend trying the Zone 125. these headsets are great and my personal favorite. They have all the features that a person working from home can benefit from at an affordable price. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

    Microphone issues

    Had issues with microphone, and when you check the Logitech website it seems to be a very common issue with no information how to fix it or what the problem is. You get what you pay for, everything else works fine.

    The speaker went in & out from day one. I could hear perfectly fine, but couldn’t be heard, all the time.

      The H390 does work with ChromeOS. You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works.

    I wear these for 8 hours a day for 5 days a week and by the 2nd hour of wearing them my ears are killing me! My right ear is fine. But the left with the microphone God know how much I want to break this thing. The volume is average. Some calls I can hear some I can't. But for the price it really isn't bad. I'm still looking for a new headset. But in the meantime these will do for now...

      Hi Friday, Very sorry to hear how uncomfortable you're finding the H390 USB Headset to be for your work. For such a long period of time to be wearing a headset, I highly suggest using one of Logitech's gaming headsets. They are all under $70, with the G432 being on sale as of this writing for $49.99. The reason I'd recommend these is because they are specifically designed to be worn for long periods of time, which gamers are wont to do. As someone who's had to work at home and be in meetings for long periods of time, I've found using a gaming headset to be an absolute blessing and very comfortable.     Garbage. The mic went out after 3 months of use and Best Buy won’t accept the return. Bought some insignia headphones too and those only play out of 1 ear after 4 months of use. Best Buy won’t return them either.
