    These headphones are not noise canceling and the ear pieces are too small for adult ears. They press uncomfortably on the sensitive part of the ear.

    Sound picked up from the microphone is LOW quality and worse than the mic on my desktop. Sound in headphones was ok. You get what you pay for

    Great headphones! My wife works part time from home, uses these to speak with customers, she loves these and has had no problems what so ever!

    They mess up One moment I wanna work at home if they don’t value goes down while you have it up and vice versa just things that I don’t like and I will never recommend for anybody

    Sound quality can be improved. Small ear rings that rest on ears can irritate the ears with prolonged use. It would've been better if they covered the entire ear.

      Hi Logitechfan, sorry to see you're having some audio quality and comfort issues with your H800 RF Wireless Headset. Logitech has some great wired headsets in the gaming section that can also be used for work, such as the G335 and G435 headsets! These both have great audio and are comfortable to wear.     The sound is decent. The problem is the wire itself is thin and it covering around it seems to break after a few weeks, exposing the actual wire on the inside. I purchased 3 of these and same exact problem on all 3.

    The size of the ear cups are small and rest on your ears, rather than around them, so they get uncomfortable within 30 minutes to an hour of use. Otherwise, this is a decent headset.

    Was fine until it broke.

    It worked fine but then I put it on one day and it just snapped in two. The ear cushions were not very comfortable to begin with. Really wished the mic would swing around completely so that it could be worn on either side. Probably wouldn't buy again.

    This item worked for all of one hour. Seemed fine at first, sound quality was good and then all of a sudden there was no sound at all.

    The sound quality was fine but I need to wear these for long periods of time and the on ear specs hurt my ears so I returned them for over ear style headphones .

    Worked great for 3.5 weeks and went completely dead. Brought back to Best Buy and would not refund my money. 14 day policy. Tried to support brock and motor retail but how can we with policies like that. Will stick with Amazon.

    I loved the feel of these headphones and they seemed well built. However, within a week the inline light (which tells you if the Mic is muted) stopped working. The also started cutting in and out (volume wise). I ended up returning them.

    I don't know who designed this headset. If you are a person who has frequent meetings everyday, I bet your ears and even brains are very uncomfortable in the end of the day! It is too tight! This product should be discontinued. I am not not sure whether the new model has the similar problem, but definitely I won't recomment this model!

    Doesn't Work??

    I purchased this a couple of weeks ago for class. The first time it worked. The second time my instructor said that I was cutting in and out so I thought it was the internet connectivity. The third time I was recording voice over power point and when I went back to listen the voice was cut off a number of times to the point I had to stop using it all together. If it is not the headphones it may be the brand new lenovo yoga lap top I also recently purchased that is causing multiple problems. I plan to take both back this week to figure out why they are not functioning properly. Also the ear phones are not very comfortable but I don't need to wear them for long so it is OK.
