    These did not work longer than three days. I needed them for the microphone for WFH and they didn’t last at all and people weren’t able to hear me. It also made me sound robotic.

    As a male with a normal sized head, I found these much too small. Very uncomfortable, ear pads sit on a portion of ears, do not extend to a satisfactory length.

    Bought these and ended up taking them back as they were too tight on my head. The quality was in line with what I paid for them.

    Sound is terrible. The microphone isn't bad but not that good. I returned them. Should have known better to expect satisfaction from such a cheaply priced item.

    Noise canceling is not functional had many complaints about feedback from my mic during calls for work

      Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 Headset. I'm sorry that the noise cancelling might did not minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations. The mic is adjustable so that you can position it closer to your mouth so that it picks up your voice better. I'm sorry that you had complaints about feedback during calls.     decent headphones for the price until today (less than a month after purchase) and they don't work any more

    Did not work for my system

    Look, this fit on my head fine and it was comfortable but it did not work with my system and when I talked in it, people heard a terrible echo. I had to buy another headset. When I went to return this one I couldn't because the return policy is apparently only 15 days and due to COVID I was waiting to return when the stores opened because I did not want to go out to a shipping facility to mail it back.

    I stopped using it after one month because my customers were hearing echos and I was constantly breaking up

    Works but way too uncomfortable

    It seems to work well enough in my limited use but it is so uncomfortable even after only an hour of use that I have to wear it loosely to bear it for a longer time. I have since bought a Plantronics headset for a few dollars more that is much more comfortable and made with more flexible plastic. Having had Logitech keyboards this is very disappointing.

    This headphone looked like it had a lot of value but when put in use . There were distortions and it cut out a lot

    Super loud static after 2 weeks

    Garbage headset. Bought for use working from home, after a couple weeks incredibly loud static started in the middle of calls. Ordered another one, to return the first one since I threw the box away. Same thing happened with that one. Both will be returned when I'm able to go to the store. DO NOT BUY
