Horrible

The mic is very short making it harder for the person to hear you when you are talking. The sound quality is either very loud in your ears or barely audible, there is no middle ground.

Defective

Mic didn’t work

Best buy is regret

Surprised

Was shocked never had an issue with the logitech before. Purchased in January and still trying to get replaced due to Best Buy policy cannot return after 15 days. Still trying to replace with the manufacture very unhappy.

Uncomfortable

Needed padded headphones

Posted .Hello. I'm sorry to hear that your headset has failed on you for the second time. What about them is not working? If you are plugging into a USB hub, try plugging it straight into the computer. We have found that many times a USB hub isn't giving enough power to the headset for it to work properly. The title stated that you needed padded headphones... Were these not comfortable? For a much more comfortable experience, you can try our gaming headsets. The G432 is a great, low-cost headset that has plenty of padding and features.
