Unmutes on its own

No idea why they designed it to unmute itself when I haven't chosen to unmute by pressing the button. This anti-feature has led to callers hearing me cough several times w/o me being aware. DO NOT BUY!

Not greatest reliability

Already broken

Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on the H390 and you can file a claim by visiting support.logi.com. Posted .Hi KKKK, Very sorry to hear that you're finding the H390 USB Headset uncomfortable after just 30 minutes. Logitech does carry other headsets that feature more comfortable cups like the H370, for instance. If comfort is what you're wanting, you may want to check out Logitech's gaming headsets which are designed for comfort. You'll pay more, but you'll also be getting a lot more in terms of comfort and in terms of sound.
