Terrible

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took it out of the box, plugged it into my laptop, was on a zoom call for work 3 minutes before the sound totally crapped out and started skreetching in my ear. Unplugged it, tried it 3 more times, same thing. Don’t have the original box to ship back and aren’t going into stores. Waste of $!

Getting screw at curb site Pickup

Now way in your app to tell you I left.. Now I see that you have set it to delivered.. I have not got the product.. So not sure how to fix this since your site has no way of submitting a disput.

Not noise cancelling

Also, I'm a short girl with little ears, these don't cover my whole ear so over time while playing, the pressure causes your ears to start to ache and hurt. Do NOT waste your $25. Save up and invest in a level up!

Not the best product

I use it for work and I get a lot of feedback that they hear an echo of themselves or that I sound like I’m under water. I thought this would’ve been a good one but looks like I’m still on the hunt for a good headset

Big waste of money

Poor Sound Quality

However, the sound of this new one is poor as it starts resonating quickly. I exchanged it for a different one, but that one has the same issue. Unfortunately, it is the only brand they sell at my Best Buy store...

Sound goes out routinely or becomes garbled. Not returnable anymore so what to do? Will try to contact the company for a replacement, Argh!

Poor mic quality

Now i cant even return it.. Please stay away from this product.

Posted .That's truly disappointing! Have you tried re-seating to another USB port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports. Also, try another application. If the issue persists, please contact the Logitech Support team as they are well equipped to assist you with a necessary steps.

Larger in scale with plastic earpiece and can not switch the microphone for right to left. Not happy but do to Covid 19 and not being able to get what I wanted I am stuck with them.
