Too tight!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My daughter purchased these with a BB gift card she received as a gift. She was disappointed by the fact that she could not wear them for very long because they pressed against the sides of her ears uncomfortably. She is only 10, and fairly petite. I tried them as well, and found them very uncomfortable. Not recommended!

Won't work on Windows 7, no drivers no support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed this headset quickly for some computer based training. Instead of being Plug and Play, as promised, I could not get the headset to work on Windows 7. Upon checking the Logitech forums I found many others had this problem too. Logitech states that "No drivers are required". Therefore no driver is available for this product on their website. Nor is there any support available. Only the forum where lots of others gripe about this same problem. When I plug in the headset, Windows tells me that the driver for the device was not successfully installed. When I go to troubleshooting, it goes out to Windows Update and cannot find a driver for the device. I took the headset back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad guy couldn't get it to work either. I ended up returning the H390 and getting a Plantronics Audio 355 instead. It works great. Wasted about 3 hours on the h390! This is sad to me because I have always had high regard for Logitech products. Now I have a sense that I can no longer count on them. People in the Logitech forum have been complaining of this problem since 2013 and Logitech still won't address the problem. Sad.

Defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After only one use, considering it broke. I would say the comfort of it was the best perk, the sound quality was par with anyone else, but no Bose by any means, and as for the durability, I suppose the frame itself is well built. As for the defect (I should have known better) the USB had two pieces of plastic sticking from the slots on the USB. I just figured it was a small advance or feature for the USB such as a snap in USB, and that you press a button down to release it from the slot. After one use I noticed there was no button and no way to release it. Instead it was stuck in my USB and after much prying it eventually snapped off in my USB in which I had to carefully manage and pull pieces out in order to not damage my USB slot. Great Product there Logitec!

It was ok while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had these for about 3 months and they just stopped working all of the sudden. I made the mistake of using these as a gaming headset. Skype they worked fine, they would however start to hurt my head because they exert force on one central point on my head, making them uncomfortable. Noise canceling is a joke, my brother has the same headset and I could hear our parents talking from the living room, and hes further away from them then I was! Minecraft they worked fine. After 3 months of owning these, I couldn't hear my skype calls but the person I was talking to could still here me. I swapped these for my apple headphones and everything was working, obviously it was the headset. All in all, these were an awful decision on purchasing. If i were you, i'd buy a better pair then these. I ended up getting a Corsair Vengeance 2100 headset and I soon wait for these to come to use instead of these horrible headphones.

Noise Cancelling?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered 3 of those for myself, my fiance, and my sister as we are all working from home, and our previous headsets weren't noise canceling mics. Today is my first day using it, and my supervisor almost immediately told me that he can not only hear all of my background noise, but my mic is also picking up the callers from my partners headset? I'm not sure if this is normal, or if maybe I may have missed a step when plugging it in? It seems like these are the opposite of noise cancelling, and instead pick up EVERY single noise.

Posted .Hi marsha, thank you for your feedback! Be sure to check your mic audio settings on your device, to adjust the gain volume levels. Rigid, left-sided mic can be positioned for better voice capture. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024321073 - Will, Logitech.

Mediocre uncomfortable headset.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset will quite literally slide off of your head, the ear muffs were poorly designed. Instead of surrounding or at least covering your ears, the muffs barely reach the edge of your ear. The microphone arm is nonadjustable and plastic so you can't find that sweet spot you'd get when using other microphones; you rely on sensitivity adjustments in your volume mixer. It seems I'm either too quiet or it's picking up me breathing. Do NOT buy. Not worth the money. If you're looking for a 30 dollar headset I reccomend this one instead. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/-audio-355-stereo-headset/9210276.p?id=1218059403490&skuId=9210276&st=plantronics&cp=1&lp=1 It's a lot more comfortable, and the sound is equal if not better.

Cord is terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work as an online teacher. These headphones work fine initially but you get what you pay for. After about 3 months of use the cord gets twisted and the wire weakens. It begins to frequently drop sound. I have had to cancel classes because students can't hear me and have to try to bend and maneuver the cord so the wire connects. It's garbage. If you're going to purchase make sure to get the warranty. People should wait to write a review until after they have these a few months.

***DO NOT BUY THIS***
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.***DO NOT BUY THIS*** Worst headset I've ever encountered. Incredibly sensitive, broke within two weeks. The "Noise cancellation" feature did not do it's job remotely. Quite literally fell apart within weeks, it was uncomfortable to wear and definitely was NOT worth the price. I recommend purchasing from another brand other than Logitech because Logitech has the worst types of headphones. I've bought multiple of them and they all broke. This one was specifically bad because it started to damage my ear lobes and the skin on my ears because it began to get overheated after using it for a long period of time.

Works, but hurts my ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset for a job and it works. I can hear audio and the mic works just fine. My issue is that after wearing this headset for an hour, my ears hurt. I really wouldn't consider this headset a noise-canceling headset either. I can hear everything going on outside of the headset along with hearing the audio while someone else is using it. I do not reccomend unless you don't mind the pain.

Posted .Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone and it hurting your ears. Over the ear fitting headsets are universally sized and thus fit differently for each individual. Logitech does offer other headsets that may fit you better especially the gaming headset which have bigger cup sizes and are made to be worn for long periods of time. The H390 isn't a noise-canceling headset, but features a noise-canceling microphone for clearer conversations. Thank you for choosing Logitech and hopefully the suggestion I made will help.
