I bought this as a replacement and the cord on this one is better and more pliable.

The only reason I don’t give it a 5/5 is because I’d prefer the cushions to be over-ear vs on-ear

I wanted something to use for in-game communications and also for Webcasts I needed to join in. This fits the bill nicely. Great price, good quality. FYI it needs a USB port.

Great headset for call center work

This headset is comfortable, great call quality both in & out, & the volume control is conveniently located on the cord.

They have worked well for our Zoom classes and online meetings. It is a simple plug and play device that has great sound and clear microphone.

Works great for Teams

We sent this headset to our sales guys in the field and they worked out great. Much better than ear plugs and a mic. Would recommend these to anyone who asked.

A minor complaint or two is that the mic only goes on the left side + the in line controls are different from the usual 3 buttons I would see, but it doesn't take much to get used to!

I gave my daughter, who is off to college, the first one. Replacing it was a no-brainer as the previous one served well. The device is plug and play. I have not had any issues with it.
