Well made and great price. Very clear sound. Can mute voice transmission very easily. Plugs into my laptop and interfaces with my laptop camera. I use with Zoom and Skype meetings. Fits my needs perfectly.

By plugging in the USB plug, this headset simply redirects the audio from going to the speakers and allows the mic to work. The sound seems fine for video conferencing.

They are great headphones. I purchased them for working at home. They do hurt my ears if I keep them on the entire time but overall they are decent.

bought this headset for my wifes work. It hooks directly to her computer to take phone calls and is clear and easy to hear.

Connection of headset is pretty bad, even though it is cord attached I have customers tell me they can’t hear me at times. After 3 months of use I couldn’t hear anything through headset

Great quality and sound. However, after wearing for long periods of time they are uncomfortable on the ears. Make sure to remove from ears occasionally.

Just plug it into any USB port and it is ready to use. I used it for a webinar and the participants could hear me and I could hear them. The headset is a good way to listen. The sound is excellent.

I got this headset a few weeks ago, I went online and Google reliable, inexpensive headset and this one came up, I am really enjoying it with no issues. I would surely recommend to friends and co-worker's!

needed a headset for work from home. every webcam is pretty much out of stock so I choose a headset. worked well after 2 months so far. no complaints.

The microphone is very good quality. My biggest complaint with this product is that it Is extremely uncomfortable if worn for several hours. I use it all day long 10 to 12 hours a day. By midday I have a headache and my ears hurt. I wish there were a way to wear it with the band under my chin instead of on the top of my head. I’ve tried to do this but it falls off. I think that an over the ear microphone and earbuds would be more comfortable.

Good product, plug and play functionality. No additional drivers or equipment is required. The first time I plugged into my laptop USB, it recognized it as new equipment; thereafter I can plug/unplug at will. The mute button is inline on the cord and blinks when the mute is active. The only drawback and the reason it did not receive 5 stars, is the clip to attach to your shirt is not hinged to firmly grip it. The button has a tendency to move and slide off wherever you've attached it to your shirt/blouse.
