    Disappointed the headset did not have a mute button on the headset. After wearing the headset for a long period, I would get pains from wearing. I would return the product but my dog managed to tear the headset up before I could package it up and send it back.

    This is my third pair of these. Have to use this brand because of work. They work well, but don't lasts long. Bought first two from internet and through work. Decided to buy this pair from Best Buy and tack on the insurance, considering this is the third pair in less than two years. Buyer beware, spend the extra $9 to make sure you get more use than 6 months or so.
