I bought them on 7/27, school started on 8/12 and they quit on 10/22, even though they weren’t used during nearly two weeks of hurricane closures. Best Buy’s return policy is disappointing, as they won’t accept returns after just two weeks, so I’ll have to contact Logitech directly for a solution.

This time around, he upgraded to a sturdier Razer headset. These are half the price, but you are getting what you pay for.
