It works very well for remotely attending classes via Zoom. The delivery from Best Buy was 4 or 5 days later than Best Buy predicted. Given the pandemic I think we should make some allowance. Best Buy seem to suggest it was a delay due to the Post Office. But from the tracking the Post Office did not seem to receive it from Best Buy until after Best Buy had estimated I would receive it.

Hard to tell how well the noise canceling microphone actually works, since I have had some calls where the other person heard background noises like dog barking. The headset is fairly comfortable though after 4 or 5 hours does become annoying.

I was looking for a headset with a noise-cancelling microphone because I needed to record narration for videos. Reading the reviews on this headset, I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed. No matter the noise level in the office, I was able to record the video with no outside noise interference. I definitely recommend this headset.

Perfect for working from home

My older headset basically fell apart. Using with Cisco & MS Teams, and the quality is very good. Quality is better than a normal telephone (using the software my work provides). I wish the ear cups were a bit larger and maybe a bit softer -- but I have larger ears, and I'm spoiled by my Bose noise canceling headphones at home.

TO HEAR OR NOT TO HEAR

The description is very accurate and both work great. When in the office, you can carry on a conversation without any outside distractions. When speaking have asked individuals how the sound is on the other end and they tell me there is no noise. Use the one at home when have to work from home and am able not to distract other conversations or individuals watching tv. Great buy for the price.

Solid but the mute button is not consistent

The mute button is a bit dodgy (I'd go a spec above to ensure a better mute button esp since these are CPU headphones ) but the sound is solid. I'd say it's closer 3.5 but there Is no 1/2 star.
