Good quality headset for its reasonable price. The sound and mic quality are good and can be easily adjusted with the mute button and volume control right on the wire cord. Durablity is obvious; I can't image any number of accidental drops breaking it (It would actually take some effort to damage it).

I use these for my conference calls when I work from home, and they are very decent for the price. They aren't perfectly made by any means, but you can't beat them for the price, especially if you're only using them on occasions.

I was very impressed with the quality of this for the short time I got to use it before the my puppy chewed up the cord, lol. I got comments that the microphone sounded really good on the other end so definitely getting another one soon.

Was looking for a backup headset & for the price it was an excellent choice.

I use these for Skype and music. I have used headsets without a boom microphone and found them lacking. This set allows the boom to be rotated out of the way when i'm only using it for listening to music. It works just fine for Skype and I'm quite satisfied, though not a fussy user.

This headset works really. Comments I receive when using it is that my voice is always clear. It is comfortable even when using for a long period. Value is unbeatable for its quality and brand name.

Overall good headset. Only complaint I have is not the headsets fault! I wear eyeglasses so it took a few days for my ears to adjust to having a headset on one side and the glasses ear piece on the other.

I’ve been using these for work and due to what is going on in the world I have been working remotely. I video conference two or three times a day for hours at a time. They are pretty comfortable and have never failed me.

I bought Microsoft's headset off their website from a Facebook ad. It came and worked great for a few weeks, then the earpiece fell off. The tiny wire they used unsoldered itself and rendered it unusable. I tried to see where they connected it and nada. So I needed a headset that had a mic so I could use Dragon with my homework. I also needed USB since my jacks are configured for 5.1 speakers. I did a quick search at BestBuy.com and found these. I went to my local store and grabbed a pair (yeah I paid for them on the way out). Go home, plugged them in and windows 10 had no issues with them. Neither did Dragon and I was back in business. I love having brick and mortar locations close to home when I need stuff now. I hope that doesn't change and we have to buy everything off the net or from Wallyworld.

Works fine but uncomfortable to use for 8 hour job

its perfect when in office with others. it blocks out the noise around and you can focus on the guest.

I purchased these after trying another pair to use at home with my job and communicate through Google Hangouts Meet and ZOOM. This headset is extremely comfortable. I can use it for a long time without ear fatigue. While the sound quality is not as great as those with high end specs, it has great human voice representation across the sound spectrum. What I found most helpful was the USB option to connect to my computer. Windows 10 allowed me to configure this headset as the primary communication device, while allowing the user to designate the headphone jack on the computer as a computer to connect to an external speaker source. In other words, I could keep this headset plugged in while using the 3.5 mm headphone jack on computer to connect to the multimedia speakers. Finally, the inline ability to mute and control the volume was a nice perk.

I wear these head phones for 2 to 4 hours everyday to teach ESL online. I wear glasses and sometimes the headphones make my head ache a little bit. But, they are great for sound! I just wish they were a little more comfortable for me.

I know ppl say you get what you pay for, and that is mostly true, but this headset is an exception. Not trying to over hype these, but they are easily better than my $90 headset. So a really good buy for the price.

Apparently the mic is good. A guy on a conference call told me it was like I was licking he ear because it was so crisp of a sound. So watch what you're doing when this is by your face. Also, very good sound coming in through the headphones.

These are the best!!! I no longer get woken up by my noisy neighbors upstairs in my apartment building. Mario bros never sounded so good! Thank you, Logitech!!
