The headphones provide decent sound quality with a decent microphone. Even with the small price tag, it provides a wonderful experience with the entire headset package.

This headset sounds great and the mic is very clear. My only complaints are that the volume control thing on the cord is a little confusing, and they do make my ears sore after prolonged use. I work 8 hour shifts on the phone, so it is an excessive amount of time, but they could be a little comfier. But for the price tag, I don’t think you could get a better headset! Highly recommend for this price range.

Got this for a 12 year old. Sound is good. Microphone is good. His only complaint is that it could be more comfortable on the ears.

These work well and provide good sound, the mic works well and you are easily understood by others. Just remember to change your audio and mic settings in Zoom!

Needed a set of USB headphones for an online college course and they worked great! No breakup in sound and people on the other line could hear me just as well.

Good sound, but not that comfortable for longer periods. Also can't hook into my cell phone only USB to my laptop.

It is very easy to connect to your device and the sound is very clear. It is a very good headset for this price. The noise canceling also works very well.

Purchased headset when on sale and it was a great value. Originally purchased for child to use but he didn't have enough ports on his computer. It was either the headset or the mouse. So I began to use for work. Noise canceling microphone has been excellent on meetings and I can hear everything clearly via the headset. Headset is adjustable and well padded. Overall though like most headsets, I cannot wear for long extended periods of time; up to 2-2 1/2 hours at most. However that may differ from person to person.

These get the job done. Definitely not the nicest or comfiest headset, but for the cost, it does all that I need it to! Plug and go!

The longer we are working remotely, the more I am looking for ways to make the multiple virtual meetings more comfortable. I had been using my phone's ear-buds -- fine for the speakers, but the microphone is not the greatest -- picked up lots of background noise. And not the most comfortable for long hours. Saw a colleague with this headset and she sounded terrific -- Logitech is a good solid brand with a good history, so this was an easy purchase. Very comfortable, with a nice long (USB) cord, so I can move around my home office on those audio-only meetings.

She was getting hard of hearing and wanted a pair of headphones that would attach to her PC. She loves the volume and the microphone is an added bonus.
