I bought these headphones for my husband on a whim. He is completely impressed and uses them quite a bit. They would make a great Christmas Gift.

I love this headset, but I can't get it to work with my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 100S). It works great with my husband's laptop (a blue HP of some sort), though, so I just use his.

I tried several pairs of headphones using the jack, and non of them worked well with the Cisco phone app. These USB headphones work well, and priced well.

It is a quality headphone, with it's comfortable pads and a very clearly microphone I was able to talk to my friends without them asking "what" ever five seconds

The headset works good with no problems with last use. Use weekly for zoom meetings

I bought this headset as a replacement for one just like it I had for over 2 years. Would probably lasted longer except the 4 and 5 year olds use it when listening to videos. I work from home and the sound is great!

These work quite well. Clear voice and was informed it sounds clear on the other end as well. Fitment is acceptable. Compatibility was no issue.

I purchased these to use for my work at home office and they work great. I was previously using a gaming set and I prefer these. They sound much better.

I like the sound quality that the headset offers but as a streamer, I have found the microphone could be of better quality. Overall, this is a great product for the price.

Good unit for the price. Not great audio unit but I can hear in a loud room and mic seems to get it done at the other end.

I Received new Lenovo lap top for my birthday 2 weeks ago. And I have The yearly Geek Squad contract. Having to schlep over to Best Buy’s gives customer service a new low.I have a lot of free time for schlepping and Best Buys Geek Squad takes up all of it. Who should I thank? Holding ph for over 2 hr is NOT SERVICE, just in case Geek Squad and or Best Buy’s don’t know it? Wish I didn’t need u. The nice guys at the physical desk get all the credit re cust serv. Best Buy’s gets a zero Tootles.

Easily connects to USB port and set up with a Windows 10 computer. Used in conjunction with Second Life with no problems. Can hear and speak with others clearly.

On my second pair of these only because my dog chewed up my last pair but they work amazing and it’s very affordable.

Bought these for my son as a backup for his pc gaming. Sound and mic are great. Only negative is that the war pieces aren’t super comfy (coming from a preteen kid).

My IT team recommended I purchase a wired USB headset for laptop access to my company's VOIP telephone service (Cisco Jabber). The Logitech H390 fit the bill. Simple plug-and-play set up. Audio-in is very good. Coworkers say the audio-out beats my iPhone. I really like the lit button: tap once to mute (LED flash), tap again to unmute (LED constant). Ear pieces are initially comfortable, but can irritate when calls exceed an hour. Coworkers who have spent $100+ for big name wireless headsets have been disappointed. My IT support now recommends the Logitech H390, based on my experience.

My son had a super face Razer headset. It broke under warrenty so we had to send it back. We picked these for use during our warranty limbo, and they did not disappoint! Rad lil set for 22$. His only complaint was they are a bit to small for his 11yo head (he is 5'2"). But i think you should considered against the fact that his last headset was substantially bigger/bulker.
