As with most other headsets at this price point, the microphone quality leaves a little to be desired - it's a bit staticy and sharp with almost no range. With that said, my employees use this headset as their primary means of communicating through my company's VoIP system and it works very well for that. I couldn't ask more for the money I paid for them!
