However the USB connection only limits its use to devices like laptops and PCs rather than smartphones to listen to music or make calls. Other than that it is a great product. The price is excellent too.

Very comfortable and microphone picks up audio very well and blocks out background noise. Wish we could use two headsets at the same time, but Windows doesn't allow it.

I bought it to use with online video teaching, and it works great. Crystal clear transmit/receive audio quality. Requires some manipulation and adjustment to be comfortable on your head, but fine after that. Recommended.

It was plug-and-play and installed very quickly with no fuss. Both the headphone and mic audio are very good. They are comfortable to wear. Can't say enough positive about these.

Easy to use, comfortable for long periods of wear, good sound quality, and clear voice pick-up. Only complaint is that the microphone arm is loose and tends to fall down.

There are no options to swap out the headset pads either, so I cant wear this for long periods of time without it hurting my ears. The actual microphone part is also not the easiest to move, in theory that isnt a bad thing- but moving it to the talking position will pull it off your head. So you have to use two hands, one to hold the headset in place and one to pull the mic down. Also my previous headsets were a bit flexable so I could wear them on one ear- that isnt an option with this one. Its very stiff- Im thankful I only need to use this for short periods of time.

Nice volume control from either the laptop or the headset itself, light, comfortable, and for price can't ask for anything better.
