Unfortunately, this was not one of their better products. The sound quality was excellent, especially considering the price. However, there are some notable issues: 1. The cable was very thick and stiff, so it is messy to use. 2. The ear pad was a bit hard, so it is not very comfortable. 3. The USB header is quite large, so it can be a problem if you are using it in a tight space.
