I would only recommend it for short (<30 mins) calls, as it isn’t comfortable enough for longer wear. My only major gripe and what would keep me from recommending it would be that it isn’t holding up well. I don’t use it that often, but the mic boom part has become loose and feels like it could come off at any point.

I wore for hours in meetings because my bluetooth headset stopped working and my ears were sore and irritated. Not sure if I'm allergic to the material.
