The headset works well the majority of the time. Every now and then I get comments that I can't be heard and I'm not sure how much of that is on the other end. The mute button can be sensitive and sometimes I will accidentally hit it without knowing and mute myself for a couple of minutes before I realize it. But I have enjoyed this headset. It is fairly comfortable. Easy to setup. And easy to use.

Wired noise canceling headphones

Good low cost value

The sound quality was good and the microphone did cancel out a lot of the background noise as advertised. After 3 hours of use they begin to squeeze your ears and feel heavy on your head If you work in a noisy environment I would not recommend these as the headset does little to filter out background noise.
