I like how easy it is to use and plug in. It’s very easy to use. I dislike how long it is. I mean maybe if I were to travel farther from my desktop it would be more convenient. I feel this product should come in different lengths like extension cords do. But this item came very fast. It was the missing piece to start working from home. I was able to complete my training fast due to its fast shipping. Always satisfied with BestBuy
