I’ve been using these almost 10 years, and they hold up for years a piece even with daily use in my experience. Bought my third or fourth pair overall now, so that I have a current backup for a new job/office as saw they were on sale at Best Buy. I’ve recommended this product to so many, as wow, they work so well across PC and Mac environments and various programs and platforms with ease.

Clear sound, fits comfortably, does the job. No distortion, noise reduced.

Quality for the price point. Used this at the last minute for Zoom conference calls and had no issues. Sound quality came through clearly. Microphone worked without issue. Mute function worked well and had a red light indicator. Adjustability was what was expected and worked well.

Awesome product I love the sound and comfort on my ears

Small but sounds great. I like that it's is a USB port and the cord is long.

Good microphone and makes listening easier for me as I have a hearing impairment. However, the padded ear pieces hurt my ears after wearing them for an extended period. They seem to be a bit too small or the padding is too stiff, I'm not sure which. I have to take them off every so often to give my ears a break.

With my daughter attending virtual school, I revamped my 10yr old Lenovo T420 by replacing it with an SSD memory. The speakers are not that audible on the laptop and hence needed a Headset for her virtual meeting. Purchased the Logitech H 390 and it serves the purpose for the price. I borrow if for my work calls once in a while.

Sound quality is up to part and comfortable to wear

Sound quality is perfect and they are very sturdy.

The headset is very comfortable on the ears and the sound quality is very good. The issue is that these all have a design flaw with the wires. They get tangled together so much that you can not use the headset any longer. I know this because I have bought 3 of these in recent time and they all have this same issue. They have been normally used and stored. The worst part is I attempted to contact Logitech about the issue and they pretty much told me it's my problem. SHOCKED, to say the least, I thought a company like Logitech would stand behind its product. It's not like they are a year old, all of the ones I bought were less than a month old when this issue occured.

They are super comfortable to wear and the voice carries perfectly! Just like if you were right next to person:)

Good head set for the price, comfortable. Product is described as rose; but it's a very unattractive color. It's more of a fleshy beige than what I thought would be a rose gold.

This is an excellent product for the price. Both the headset and microphone work very well.

This headset worked from the very start. You plug them in and they work. This is the third set I have purchased. My wife uses one I use one and the third got crushed in my work backpack, they still worked just couldn't stay on my head. Good quality for a decent price. Never fails like some of the Bluetooth and wireless ones and never need charging.

So far no problems quality is good. No problems connecting. I thought something was wrong with my speakers but soon realized I was the dummy as they were still plugged in

works well the sound is very clear my only complaint is minor and that is the padding on the ears is stiff so you ears are a little sore after wearing for extended periods of time but i am hoping that will get better with time as the padding softens .
