    This product is decent, average. I would never purchase this again, nor anything else from Best Buy. It was such a hassle and was not able to get connected to anyone who could honor their price match "guarantee".

    Great headset. I have been using for meetings on Microsoft teams and have not had any complaints. My biggest issue is the cord easily tangled up and gets twisted. But I guess that is what you get with a wired headset.

    Do not work with a MacBook Pro! I have plugged these into several computers and they work fine but they will not work with my MacBook at all. If you want a decent set of cheap headphones for any other computer, they are fine, but if you want them to use with a MacBook Pro, keep looking. Also, they aren't very comfortable if you wear glasses. They are tight and make my ears hurt from the pressure of them pushing down on the arms of my glasses.

      Hi Minrenee, thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 headset. I'm sorry that it does not seem to work with MacBook Pro. If you are using Big Sur there are software updates that Logitech is still working on for compatibility. The H390 is designed to work with Windows®, macOS®, or Chrome OS™. If you are not running Big Sur you may have to change the settings for your MacBook Pro to use the H390 as its primary mic or speaker output.     After about a week the microphone stopped working. Looked it up - common issue on the web but no real solutions. Returned it for the Aluratek Bluetooth wireless headset at Best Buy. It's working fine so far.
