These headset worked fine the first day but when he tried to use them the next day they no longer worked (could not hear anything as Windows no longer recognized the headset). We unplug and re-plugged them in and that worked for a day and then the same thing happened again. We tried this several times over the next few days and tried Googling a work around but no luck. So we ended up returning them. We'll see if we can find something better.
