Good Sound but I cannot recommend this product

I cannot give a good review as this is the 3rd headset I have purchased and returned as the wire gets twisted up and eventually kills either the Microphone or Headset or both.

Works fine but fits poorly on my head

I have a large head and there's no adjustment for making the headset wider. I ended up having my head squeezed by the headset and it became very uncomfortable to wear

Way too small

The ear cups themselves are not noise-cancelling, because as you mentioned, they will rest on your ears, and not over them. They are padded with leatherette to add some more comfort basically. On the other hand, the microphone itself is noise-cancelling, so it minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations. We hope you'll find the right solution among our other products! Makes your ears sore.

Not reliable for being a "wired" headset

Not sure if USB connector is faulty. Headset is plugged into docking station; I do not encounter any connectivity issues with other USB peripherals (on the same docking station ports).
