fell apart within months

Too much humming

Luckily, this headset comes with a 2 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you! If you are still within the Best Buy return period, please exchange it for another one, as you may just have a defective unit. If it is outside of the return period, please start a warranty claim here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024916974 your headset is covered up to 2 years.

Posted .Hi Sandeep, sorry to see you're having some performance issues with your H390 headset. If you haven't already, please make sure the cables are plugged in all the way to your computer. Also please check to see if maybe some how the computer switched the audio output/input to something else instead of the headset. Hope that helps!
