      Hi Fred, we're sorry to see the H390 Headset wasn't comfortable for you to wear. Luckily Logitech makes a variety of other headsets that have a really nice materials designed for long wear. Check out the G432 headset! It is lightweight, comfortable, and has a great microphone! Hope that helps!

    Unfortunately these were defective upon purchase. Only one ear worked and the mic didn't at all.

      Hi Stacey12, I'm sorry that the H390 gave you an echo sound. In some instances the connection from the H390 to your device could be loose.       Hello Mike, I'm so sorry to hear that your H390 wasn't everything you were expecting it to be. It sounds like you could be having some connectivity issues, which can happen when plugged into a bad USB port or when the plug isn't inserted all the way. To maximize sound quality, make sure the USB is plugged in all the way, and that the USB port you're using isn't faulty somehow.

    Picks up 60hz hum from PC tower or AC cord. Bad signal to noise. Also pretty insensitive.
