These headphones are exactly what my grandson wanted. He uses them when he goes to his college classes and when he goes to work out. Work very well with no issues. The price was right as well.

I like this headset it’s very comfortable and doesn’t squeeze me head or ears or make me uncomfortable. It gets the job done the sound quality is top notch. I really think its of great quality especially for what I paid for it.

For the money these do a fine job and no one should really complain. The audio and microphone sound is good. noise reduction is good. Could be a little more comfortable but it’s not that bad. They’re aren’t $200 so don’t expect that. These do a fine enough job and as long as your not throwing them around there is no reason why they won’t last awhile. They are plug and play.

They work well with all of my equipment. This is my third pair. I usually break the headpiece then tape it together. The last one was worn for years in its taped state.

Recommended to me by a professional colleague running an internatiuonal scientifice conference. We had to record our presentations on Zoom and sound/mic from previous work with colleagues commented that my sound was not good (viamy Surface 3 tablet mic) This worked way better so I would recommend strongly. .

I went through 3 of these headsets, so as a tip, do not purchase these w/o the Best Buy warranty!!! They work good for the job/task at hand. But me personally, I work in a call center environment, taking 30+ calls an hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Everything works flawlessly w/this model headset, but after consistent, normal use, one of the earpieces would start crackling/breaking up, so I can no longer here my customer, then within 1-2 months, the other earpiece goes out. I just returned my 3rd/final Logitech H390 headset, I was pleasantly credited the return which I used to pay for the Logitech wireless H800 headset. Also the cord that comes w/this headset, is too long in my opinion. If you plan on using this headset for 30-40 hrs a week like I have to, it'll only survive/last aprox. 4-5 months. But if you only need this headset for minor usage, it'll be perfect. Not a bad headset, just lacking in longevity for someone who needs a headset for their JOB lol!

I purchased online at Best Buy around June 2020. I am completely satisfied with the headset. I used it for my virtual online teaching. Their have been no problems on my end or the students end. I had no discomfort with the earphones. HOWEVER, THE HEADBAND JUST BROKEN. I contacted Best Buy who told me to contact Logitech for the warranty. We will see what happens with Logitech.

Overall this headset lasted me 2 years before the wires in it started to give way. The audio worked great along with the mic for games and skype calls. the wires in the overhead would occasionally come out and i would have to push them back in, but with that being the only problem this is a great headset for the price

Perfect for traveling - fits in my laptop bag just fine

This is a great headset. I get a lot of compliments on how clear I sound and they do a great job at cancelling noise. I am an online grad student and have had a great experience with these. The only issue is that the cable is all tangled together so I wish I could either fix this or get a wireless version. I have tried other headsets and they did not compare!!

I love the product I use it for my work from home job the only thing I can say is that I had to stop using it because it was a lot of echoing going on with my calls but otherwise just for regular use they are really good

I used these headphones for 2-3 months as I'm an online instructor for a university and need to use the headphones and mic for live web sessions and teaching. Comfort = 3 of out 5. There decently comfortable; however, after about 45 minutes to an hour, they start to hurt your ears. Performance = 4.5 of out 5. For the price, the performance was great. The mic came across clear as well as the receiving sound. Features = 4 out of 5. I really like that you can easily mute the microphone on the cord as well as adjust the volume. Durability = 1 out of 5. Unfortunately these didn't hold up very long at all...only 2-3 months. As I was only using these for teaching university courses at my desk, they were well taken care of and not used by children. When I went to set them down one day, the wired cord fell out of the headpiece. It doesn't appear to be fixable either so now they're trash and useless. I don't recommend you purchase these due to the poor durability. I will try another brand instead.

This headset is quite comfortable and the noise canceling effect is superb for call center type and remote working with a family.

Very comfortable and really good at drowning outside noise. Mic is very clear, people can hear me clearly! I would buy again!

Great product! My son ripped the cords out after tripping over it so I figured I'd replace it with the wireless 800 (hated that one) and ended up coming back to this one! LOVE IT !!! As always great quality surround sound for my pc mmo's Husband owns the same set. Team mates love the quality of my Mic! HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD WITH THIS ONE LOGITECH!!! Overall Sturdy set... If you don't have a clumsy 5 yr old :-)

Headsets have a good sound and microphone works well. USB cable is very long, so that is will be a plus for many. Cable is quite heavy though, so it can be a pain getting caught on everything.

The headphones works really well. I mostly like that the cord doesn't tangle up like my old pair.

Bought this headset on sale for $20, works excellent for that price and I could hear my voice very well. Can be uncomfortable if you don't find the perfect position to place your headset over your head, but other than that, excellent headset. I would recommend this headset to any friend that is looking for a cheap and reliable headset.
