We have 2 of these, one for husband and one for son. They can't hear mom yell, so I'd say it works really well.

Inline Useless Vol Controls on a Hedset for PC.

Good sound and the noise cancellation mic is great! So why 1 stars? Because apparently kids designed this. Why would I say kids? Because kids like useless "gadgets". My last low cost Logitech were in the $35 range usb wired and great sound for a small cheap headset. This one is the replacement in the price range and the addition of a cancellation mic, great. But! Logi added an inline useless vol control. This is a computer headset. Vol controls on a music set to listen to music are ok. On a PC? Useless as ejection seats on a helicopter. I am gamer. In FPS AND Simulations... My right hand? On the MOUSE which can get quickly to volume controls. Left hand? On the Keyboard which has access to volume controls AND a built in vol control. But the designers want me to what? TAKE MY HANDS OFF the mouse or kb to reach up and adjust the inline control? WHY!?? Not to mention it randomly mutes when I don't want it to if it bumps ANYTHING! And last game? Kept randomly decreasing volume. I don't want the inline fixed. I want it GONE. It made me lose matches! Made me lose matches! Highly ranked here in Mech Warrior Online and other games where I am NeoRocket. Until then looks like I will need look elsewhere for my headset needs. Sad. because I have bought and referred ppl to Logitech products since Windows 3.1. But Logitech was always well sorted out. PC peripherals by ppl that USED pc's. AND ppl that GAMED! Clearly.

It was ok while it lasted

I had these for about 3 months and they just stopped working all of the sudden. I made the mistake of using these as a gaming headset. Skype they worked fine, they would however start to hurt my head because they exert force on one central point on my head, making them uncomfortable. Noise canceling is a joke, my brother has the same headset and I could hear our parents talking from the living room, and hes further away from them then I was! Minecraft they worked fine. After 3 months of owning these, I couldn't hear my skype calls but the person I was talking to could still here me. I swapped these for my apple headphones and everything was working, obviously it was the headset. All in all, these were an awful decision on purchasing. If i were you, i'd buy a better pair then these. I ended up getting a Corsair Vengeance 2100 headset and I soon wait for these to come to use instead of these horrible headphones.

Good features, adult size, competitive price, good sound. Used for casual use by adult on a PC. Ear cushion fell off on 2nd day of use. Pushed it back - still loose.

I recently purchased this headset do to them being on sale. First let me start by saying the sound quality is good but they are meant to be purchased for a child or someone with a very small head. i am returning them due to this one issue other than that i would have loved to keep them.

Good Mic, Good Sound, Very uncomfortable

The mic is great and it sounds great especially for the price, HOWEVER the earmuffs are a lot smaller than they are shown in the picture and they are very uncomfortable , it hurts my ears and gives me a headache if I wear them for too long but you can probably put something soft over it to make it more comfortable, And you can't turn the mic so it can be on the right side which stinks. And you are probably better of buying the Logitech h110 they are super comfy and last for years if you treat them like a regular headset so you are better off getting a couple of h110 that are like $14. I like the h149 they lasted me for like three years and they still work.

    Noise Cancelling?

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I ordered 3 of those for myself, my fiance, and my sister as we are all working from home, and our previous headsets weren't noise canceling mics. Today is my first day using it, and my supervisor almost immediately told me that he can not only hear all of my background noise, but my mic is also picking up the callers from my partners headset? I'm not sure if this is normal, or if maybe I may have missed a step when plugging it in? It seems like these are the opposite of noise cancelling, and instead pick up EVERY single noise.

Hi marsha, thank you for your feedback! Be sure to check your mic audio settings on your device, to adjust the gain volume levels. Rigid, left-sided mic can be positioned for better voice capture. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024321073 - Will, Logitech.

    Mediocre uncomfortable headset.

    Posted .

This headset will quite literally slide off of your head, the ear muffs were poorly designed. Instead of surrounding or at least covering your ears, the muffs barely reach the edge of your ear. The microphone arm is nonadjustable and plastic so you can't find that sweet spot you'd get when using other microphones; you rely on sensitivity adjustments in your volume mixer. It seems I'm either too quiet or it's picking up me breathing. Do NOT buy. Not worth the money. If you're looking for a 30 dollar headset I reccomend this one instead. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/-audio-355-stereo-headset/9210276.p?id=1218059403490&skuId=9210276&st=plantronics&cp=1&lp=1 It's a lot more comfortable, and the sound is equal if not better.

These headphones have great sound, but they became uncomfortable after a half hour. They're best for only wearing shorter periods of time.
