    Doesn't work with Win7-64

    I got these headphones for conference calls when I'm working from home. Unfortunately, they don't work with 64-bit Windows 7 on a Dell Latitude laptop. I am not the only one having this problem. Check out the logitech support forums. To add insult to injury, I took these back to Best Buy since I purchased an extended warranty. I can only get a replacement of the same model! Buyer beware.

    DOES NOT WORK with WINDOWS 7

    Packages says it works with "Windows" but does not say which version. It DOES NOT work with Windows 7. Yes, I went to their "support" page and tried everything they suggested. This is the third Logitech headset I have tried to use and NONE have a driver for Windows 7. Lets see if PLANTRONICS is any better...

    After reading all the great reviews I decided to buy this headset for work. Unfortunately it’s going back!!! You can hear all background noise clearly! It does kit cancel background noise!

    After five calls, the mic and audio both starting cutting in and out. Had this breakdown happened during the return policy window, I'd have dumped the set immediately. Do not buy Logitech.

    Doesn't work well in USB

    I bought these so I could work from home. The reviews were great, but they are awful!! The USB does NOT work well with my computer, so I cannot hear. I have tried it on THREE computers and the USB is loose. I wouldn't recommend these.

    when i got them i noticed when i talk the mic does not pic up my voice
