While I was a bit intimidated by the USB portion of it (found to be a computer issue, not an issue with the headset), everything's been working properly & the sound is amazing.

I bought these headphones for Skype conference calls. The audio is great and they are easy to hook up. I would definitely purchase again.

I have used my headset for multiple 3 hour classes (10 min break every hour) and 2 full day sessions. Headset is comfortable about an hour at a time. For extended periods of time, consider a one ear head set that gives you the ability switch ears and consider a wireless headset. Problems with the microphone. No instructions to tell you if the mic is muted or not - blinking light or straight light. Nothing on line that I could find. Mic worked in some sessions but not others. Still haven't figured out the muting.

These were a game changer for me. Sound is great and others have no trouble hearing me. Just plug in usb and use.

This headset is easy to install and use. The sound quality is good for virtual meetings and work calls.

I purchased this specific set of headphones mainly because it would allow me to hear myself as I speak through them. My other set were noise cancelling and I found myself talking extremely loud because I couldn't hear myself speaking. I can confirm that this feature does work; however, even setting the mic volume at 1 still sounds extremely loud when I'm speaking. My biggest disappointment is that wearing these long term are not comfortable. You can adjust the headset up and down, but not width - which causes my head to feel tightly squeezed and my ears sore after an hour. If our firm officially moves to WFH, I will definitely be in the market for a different headset.

I bought these headphones for my grandson to play his online game and they work great! No issues what so ever. Nice product for a nice price.

Sound Is good. Fit is adjustable, easy to use and install. Noise cancellation good for purposes used.

Not a geek so I can only state that it only functioned as a plug and play in my MS10 software computer. NO written instructions. So I plugged it in a prayed.... Audio is clear.. MIC worked without fiddling with software. Very light 99% plastic ... so not heavy duty but just what I need to use the computer to access an audio dialing program. I did not nor plan to use it for music.... only voice and the voice was clear.

Very nice and clear sound from the ear speakers. Even the on-hold music sounds good. Love that I can move the microphone up and away to have an audio headphone look.

Had no issues and sound was great. Easy to set up. Also had no issues with noise. Great buy for the price.

Sound quality is good, but be aware these sit on-ear, not over-ear as advertised.

This headset works well with Rosetta Stone as I am learning Spanish. I really like that I can adjust the volume with the headset.
