I was unable to test the mic, record, and playback on Windows 11. Geek Squad told me I had to sign into ZOOM first to test. Windows 11 eliminated that option. The Logitech stereo headphones work very well except the padded earphones make my ears sweat. Happy with them anyway. Very good sound.

This was bought to use for work calls I make on my computer. The sound and microphone work great. I'm only giving 4 starts because the mute button is just that - a button. No switch that you can physically feel to know if you are on mute. You have to look down and check the lights. The volume control and the mute button are also just too far down the cord. I was always turning up and down the sound because it got caught between me and the arm of the chair. I used the clip to clip it higher on the cord and that has worked great.

I attend zoom meetings, listen to videos and music with this headset. The sound is very clear with absolutely no background noise or crackling. The sit well on my head and are comfortable on my ears. I have had headsets that are not comfortable and I need to keep pulling them away from my ears. These are perfect! There is also a mute button on the wiring so if I need to say something to someone in the room, I can without being obvious. Easy to use-just plug them into a computer, laptop, etc and it's ready to go.

Amazing value for the price. I’ve used it for a few hours at a time and haven’t found it insufferable to wear, it could be more comfortable but it does the job. The mic is also very good and it can be muted directly from the headset

I like this headset because its usb which doesn't give me problems. Only downside to it is its far from noise canceling, but depending on who you live with that might be a good thing

Received Logitech headphones and was immediately impressed with their ease of use, no tedious installation procedure, and suddenly I was hearing audio files with much greater clarity than using an external speaker. My only desire now is that the microphone would be nice on the other side, and these headphones don't really accommodate switching to put the mic on right side. But I haven't needed the mic yet, jut been using them as headphones and for that they are reversible.

Had a pair of Kraken Razors. Great headphones but the suspension bar for the ear cups was plastic and they broke. (Granted I had used them pretty regularly for two years, but did not abuse them). These Logitech headphones fit my budget (hey! I'm cheap!). And they are dynamite. Very good sound reproduction, comfortable and lightweight. The mic reproduces my voice well (according to those on the other end of the call) and rotates out of the way for general listening. Very impressed by the price/value for these.

My husband has been blown away by the quality of this headset, and he uses it daily for many distant functions. He’s even used it to record promotional the voice portion of professional presentations. It’s extremely affordable, and it works better than other, more expensive options. 10/10, highly recommend!

This headset works well with Zoom and other sound on my old PC and monitor. However, the USB cord is very, very long and easy to get tangled. I guess that's better than being too short but still, it's annoying it's so long. But other than that, good choice, and these are becoming harder to find due to quarantining and so many ppl working from home now or zooming so prices are going up. I thought BB had the best and lowest price at the time of my purchase. Delivery was fast.

I love Logitech products, they perform well have an excellent price point and this headset works perfect on all my meeting software platforms. Zoom, GoTo Meeting, Teams, FaceTime. Its crystal clear had lots of features and options to use if you download the logictech software pack,

I snagged this for my teenager who is going through virtual learning thanks to Covid-19. They handed out chromebooks and I didn't want to have to hear everything going on, and I wanted him to have something to block SOME of the ambient noise during classes. This worked, nice and straightforward, no issues. Plugged in, headphones work fine, mic works fine. Hand controls is a handy thing, much more convenient than digging for what key does what on a computer every time. For the price, I have no complaints.

I bought this for my kids gaming pc and works great, just plug it in and the drivers install instantly.

Very solid multi-purpose headset - basic communication, meetings, and eSports. Produces good quality output and input, with innovative built-in mute button and volume control and a clip to anchor to an article of clothing. High-quality, sturdy build - not too heavy, but doesn't feel cheap. Also has a nice cushion for the top of the head. The earpads are a bit small so I normally wear a beanie to add cushioning, without sacrificing any audio quality.

I thought this would be horrible but I was surprised by the quality of this headset. It's excellent, everyone can hear you as the mic is closer. Of course, some people will hear some echo if your volume is too loud or too tight but you can fix that yourself. The noise cancellation isn't 100% but it is super effective. If you need a headset with a mic then I would recommend this!

This is a great, economical usb headset that makes online communication comfortable. It works on my Mac laptops without any issues.

Randomly chose this brand due to the price and that it had a physical mouthpiece. Works perfectly for my needs. Would I buy another set if I needed another one? The answer is “yes” without any doubts whatsoever.

If you need a USB-based headset for your PC, this is a good entry-level headset. Not great quality, but it gets the job done with Skype and Discord.
