This headset, while corded, is an excellent piece of equipment. Budget-friendly, with a built-in remote fob and simplistic design; this is great for people with a laptop dock equipped with USB ports at the ready. I use this while talking to Cortana on my computer, and it works great! So if you have problems with the microphone built into your computer, this will not only allow you to speak to your computer, but will hear it as well, using a USB port in lieu of any 3.5mm jacks. I love the Logitech H390 USB headset. The ear price are nicely padded with excellent noise canceling sound. The rigid microphone boom can be lowered or raised according to whether you want to talk or listen. This headset can be used strictly for computers because of USB source and cannot be used with the stereo systems, IPODs or IPADs. Within minutes of opening the box and plugging the connection into a USB slot, I was able to use it on my gaming PC, able to talk with fellow gamers very clearly. Definitely an excellent buy.

This is a good basic headset. The noise canceling works well and I have noticed that even if there is something quite load in the room near me they don't pick that up. They are a bit less rugged then I would like but for the price I probably shouldn't complain. I would also mention that they fit on my very large head even though many other more expensive headsets don't I also use them a lot and they seem to hold up for a lot of use.

They do their job just well, dont regret making the purchase.

Works well for video conferences. The cord doesn't wind well for traveling to and from the office, gets tangled. Puts pressure on my earrings that is uncomfortable. Works well for the price.

i believe this headset can be compete with the best of them. Quality sound is crystal clear and when your ends are cover the outside remains outside. My friends say they can hear be very good when I am speaking from the microphone. Works well for Zoom meetings. It would have been perfect if the headset was wireless. Other than that, good buy for the money.

I was looking for a headset/mic combination for on-line seminars. I bought two due to the price. My wife uses one for her on-line stuff, and one of our sons uses the other for gaming. Both say these are excellent and work well. For the price I rate them as outstanding. I am quite sure one can find a higher-functioning unit for $200, but for the price of $39.95 this unit is amazing. Mic and headsets are not studio quality, but both provide better than adequate sound.

Finally, after trying three different styles of headsets over the past two years, we’ve found this economical, durable, high quality and easy to use headset. I couldn’t be happier! Our nine year old uses it for on line classes and it takes a beating and keeps on ticking. We needed sound and mic. This fits the bill perfectly. Plug it in your PC via USB port and you’re off to the races. It’s also comfortable. Love it!!

My work computer has no bluetooth hardware and no microphone. This is the solution when I attend my Zoom meetings. Not wireless, yes but the cord is long enough for me to take a maximum of four steps away from my computer. Excellent audio. Microphone sound is crisp and clear. Reasonably price. Comfy and not bulky.

I've worn these for up to 2 hrs at a time and they are very comfortable. I already had a set like this at work, but wanted another set for home. I listen to a lot of webinars, and am now participating in Zoom meetings, so I needed them. The ears are padded, the microphone is great, and the volume is adjustable from a switch on the cord. On top of this, they are very reasonably priced!

Works as intended, sometimes teams needs to pointed to use the headset which seems to be a teams thing but besides that it works and people can hear me on the other side fine.

This set is perfect for dictation/ transcription playback. The sound is crisp and the noise cancelling for recordings works well too. The earpads are super comfortable so they can be worn for longer periods of time. Volume controls on the cord are very helpful and easily accessible. Also the USB cord is quite long so you can move away from the computer without the headphones being pulled off the ears. Great buy

Logitech USB headset was instantly recognized by my computer. As a hearing impaired user, it has improved my ability to hear and understand speech. Other residents of the household appreciate the lack of noise coming from my work area. I believe they represent an excellent value.

Absolutely love this headset. Simple plug and play as it’s stated. Good sound. Great job with limiting background sound as well. This is the 3rd Logitech H390 headset I’ve owned. They work great. My only hiccup is that after daily use for multiple years for work, the plastic seems to break off into little shreds..

My current headset started having constant static and I needed a replacement quick. Best Buy had these in stock and I was able to pick them up curbside. They are comfortable. They adjust well to my head. The quality is as good as my Plantonics I was using and wee cheaper too.

The adjustable fit is long enough for my big head, and the ear padding makes it comfortable. The mic output is great, according to Zoom partners, and incoming sound is great for me. Was easy for me to install. The instructions for use are inadequate. Took me a long time to learn how the control button on the cord works. Having now learned that, I think the headset is great!

These fit well and have very decent sound output and voice clarity. The dedicated mute button is also great. Good product for the price. Might hurt if you use it for long period of time

Newwork headset to replace Jabra leather earpad model. Logitec fan. These work as advertised and are light on my head. Not tight but stay in place. Mic on left side took a little geting used to but like it now.

Needed a quick headset for work before they could send me one, great quality for the price!
