I have purchased 2 of these, the first lasted me 3 years & would have lasted longer, but I ran my desk chair over it. My second one died a month after purchase, The staff at The Best Buy on Sunland Park made the exchange extremely easy. My third item is working great. I will eventually be purchasing this item in wireless form.

Overall the headphones were okay. The mute function on the cord didn’t work as expected but I may not have been doing it right. Ultimately, I returned them because I didn’t notice it was a USB plug, which worked fine on my computer but would be challenging to use with my iPhone of course. If it was for that I would’ve kept them.

I have been working from home more and more. Having meetings was getting tough to hold the phone and type so I purchased this headset. It is everything that I needed. The clarity of the voices is amazing.

So far no problems quality is good. No problems connecting. I thought something was wrong with my speakers but soon realized I was the dummy as they were still plugged in

Good quality headset, used for work and Teams calls/conference calls. Audio quality is excellent and microphone allows fellow call participants to hear me clearly. I don't use these for general music listening so I cannot comment on musical sound quality for for my work purposes, these are perfect!

Phenomenal.. Windows 10 and iMac pick them up as soon as they are plugged.. after initial setup.. House is being reno'd and though these to not kill the all of the background noise I here, the people in the meetings cannot hear it. Great Value!

Sometimes I feel I need to spend $50 minimum on electronic items. Well ... I didn't this time and am very pleased. This a great low cost and pleasant sounding headset. Working from home 3-days a week requires LOTS of Teams Meetings. I can hear perfect, in comfort and be heard.

Very easy to install and set up! Makes having to make calls so much easier with the noise cancellation!

These are great for laptops but the microphone placing is weird. The top part of the headphones actually seems to go in the back of your head instead. The sound, volume and quality is PERFECTION! I can hear clearly and turn up volume and mute as needed! I still give it a 5! Also, thank you Best Buy for doing great curbside service when picking up this item!

These headphones were basically required for work. I initially wanted wireless headphones, but since using these, I've fallen in love. I can control the volume without going into the computer system, and I love the fact that I can mute while on a call. The fit is so comfortable...snug and stays in place the entire time. I would definitely recommend!

My 10 year old son uses this as his main gaming headphone set and I feel that the sound range is excellent for headphones in this price range. It has a nice warm sound and it feels very comfortable. It took me a little getting used to the way the microphone is attached to the headset, since it feel a bit loose when you adjust it, but is simply moves over a ball joint rather than an axle joint.

Quality for the price point. Used this at the last minute for Zoom conference calls and had no issues. Sound quality came through clearly. Microphone worked without issue. Mute function worked well and had a red light indicator. Adjustability was what was expected and worked well.

As VA (Virtual Assistant) many of us use this headset especially for webinars and Skype sessions. It feels a little tight at first, but as you're on the a session it gets more comfortable... or you simply get used to it. I did not like the way the USB port insert because it does not fit in snug and is slightly wobbly. So, if I am not careful it can pull right out. Other than that, it is a good product.

If you need a simple and reliable headset this is the right option, I wanted to have something that help me in my calls without spending too much.

I purchased this headset because my laptop's earbud connection was not working, so I needed a headset with a USB plug. Now that I am working from home, I needed them for my Zoom meetings and to create training videos. This headset works perfectly. When I use them to record screencasts, the audio is amazing. They've made working from home so much easier.

My son wanted one of these as I already had one. It fits comfortably and the microphone and speaker work well. One needs to be aware there's a control on the cable (which can be accidentally pressed if you are not paying attention). After some years, the material covering the headphones will start deteriorating but the headphones are still usable.

With my daughter attending virtual school, I revamped my 10yr old Lenovo T420 by replacing it with an SSD memory. The speakers are not that audible on the laptop and hence needed a Headset for her virtual meeting. Purchased the Logitech H 390 and it serves the purpose for the price. I borrow if for my work calls once in a while.

Good microphone and makes listening easier for me as I have a hearing impairment. However, the padded ear pieces hurt my ears after wearing them for an extended period. They seem to be a bit too small or the padding is too stiff, I'm not sure which. I have to take them off every so often to give my ears a break.
