They stopped making my beloved 530s and I had to try the new line of headsets. The dongle on the cable didn't bother me as much as I thought it would, my real issue was the construction of the boom arm. It slid all over the place and where it attached to the headset was akward. I cut my finger on the mic while adjusting the heaset. Which should never happen unless something went wrong in the construction. It wasn't improperly molded, the design dimly leaves a gap that has a very sharp edge exposed.

If you’re on a long day of calls, certainly not a product I would recommend. I may also just have sensitive ears though lol. Otherwise plug and play functionality, sound quality, and build quality are great.
