This is a nice headset. They are basic, do have a mute button. They don’t cancel outside noise well, but I was not looking for that feature when I bought these.

The headset works well, but it is a bit tight, so wearing it for a long time while also wearing glasses can be uncomfortable.

I needed a lightweight good sound and mic headset. These are great for the price! The microphone is super sensitive and pics up all the sounds in a room.

Great headset, only problem is figuring out how to mute. Mine didn't come with a manual and the button doesn't mute.

Being a single mother of three working from home. These headphones work well the noise cancellation is the reason of purchasing I believe they do there job makes the noise muttering or seem far away and st a good price you pay for what it’s worth i have nothing bad

works great only negative would be that it fits snug if you have a medium/large head it may not be comfortable

Satisfied overall. The comfort level is what knocked it down a star. I find the product squeezes my head a bit.

The sound quality is okay, and I haven't gotten any complaints about background noise.

Needed headset that would cancel out noises from trees being cut down outside my office. These did the trick beautifully!

I purchased a replacement because the first one I had had great sound, but the headset cracked on the left after a few months. I thought this was from a bad batch. I got this replacement from a different Best Buy -different batch. Guess what. Same problem. This cracked with little movement applied. Logitech headphones may have great sound, but their basic ones are no longer durable. I used to have one that lasted 3 years. This is my last headset purchase from them. If a basic one can't survive a year, I'm not going to spend more money on one with the same brand.

I enjoy the sound quality with the product. My main concern is how long the speakers last before new headphones are needed.

Bought one similar to this one but I like this better for the comfortable earpads. I use this when I have my monthly meetings online.

Good choice for working at home, easy to use tho I wish the microphone was more versatile and flip around to accommodate my right ear.

Noise canceling works pretty good. Not too tight on the head. Works for what I need it for!
