Distorted Audio After 10 Seconds

After about 10 seconds in a Teams call or meeting the audio gets exceedingly distorted. I can clear it up by switching the output device to speakers momentarily, but the distortion recurs within 10 seconds of switching back to the headset. Once it's become distorted in Teams it is distorted from all sound sources on the system. No amount of re-plugging in the headphones or adjusting settings has fixed the issue. I'll be returning this.

I have to repeat myself a lot. Also, people have told me they can hear the aquarium and bird in the background, they are across the room, and nowhere near where I sit. Thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling?

I am sorry that the H390 is not working as you expected. The H390 are noise canceling, but they are also the bottom line product from the Logitech productivity collection. If you are looking for superior sound and mic quality, I recommend trying the Zone 125. these headsets are great and my personal favorite.
