Is it the best on the market? No. But for the price, it certainly does it's job. If you're looking for a $50 ish USB headset that you'll be using about once a week or so, then this is the headset for you. If you're planning on needing something more, then I'd recommend going up a price bracket.

They work just fine

I've been told that there's a lot of background noise when I'm not muted, which could be from the fact that the cord was getting caught in the wheels on my chair. Probably more of a problem with how I've got my office set up than with the product.

Quality sound is crystal clear and when your ends are cover the outside remains outside. My friends say they can hear be very good when I am speaking from the microphone. Works well for Zoom meetings. It would have been perfect if the headset was wireless. Other than that, good buy for the money.
