These were bought to be used in Zoom meetings. Really saved the day for a number of people involved in the meetings (we bought three headphones).

Works great on MacBook Pro

If you’re on a long day of calls, certainly not a product I would recommend. I may also just have sensitive ears though lol. Otherwise plug and play functionality, sound quality, and build quality are great.

My customers finally can hear me clearly, the other headset was a struggle and more expensive

This headset has been perfect for Google Chat calls from the US to UK. This USB headset is a lot better than my previous one that used the headphone jack. My son also uses this for gaming with friends.
