Great for transcriptionists

I was amazed at how I could hear words so clearly, the same words I struggled to hear before with earbuds. I'm so glad I bought these because they make my work life a lot easier. The microphone picks up words accurately as well.

I have a chromebook and experienced extreme distortion with my audio. A friend in IT recommended trying a noise cancelling headset. I saw this advertised and took a shot. I have been very satisfied with the performance of the Logitech. It has minimized my distortion episodes very well.

The quality is recommended for remote work. The foam for the ears are okay. After a while of wearing them they can make your ears feel irritable. Maybe because I’m already irritated with the masks around my ears. Overall it’s still a good product. Oh, and just beware of the mute button because it isn’t labeled.
