The headset can be adjusted, as can the microphone. I am able to hear well through it, and clients can hear me okay. Simple to use by just plugging into my laptop. Good purchase for the price.

I take them off a lot just because I dont like having anything on my ears. The cord some how gets twisted. Other than that they are good headphones.

Being that the headsets just came out I couldn't find YouTube help. Skull Candy answered in seconds and had me up and running in 60 seconds. The sound quality is awesome! I picked that particular brand and model because of the battery life.

Sound quality is great, speaking and listening. The mute/volume switch on the cable is very convenient. It saves finding a mute button on the screen to click when on a conference call. For the price and functionality, I couldn’t ask for more.

With the online schooling going on, this was a great purchase and worked well for her classes. Good quality and easy access for muting and un-muting. She tends to us the PC for muting more often.

Great alternative to high dollar noise canceling options. Noise cancellation is lacking but if you turn the volume up moderately most noise is blocked out.
