Feedback for the person calling will hear echoing. Mute button is very finicky it doesn’t stay on hold when it should. Comfortable has decent sound quality.

I use these for my laptop when making Teams calls and attending virtual meetings online. They work great for what I use them for.

I have using this now for about a month and the sound is great. I work from home and use this for telecommuting. This is the best headset I have ever used.

Before this model, I had another Logitech headset. Altho I paid more for the earlier model, the quality was much lower than this Logitech H390 model. Good craftmanship and materials used. No complaints from me.

good one for basic use for zoom meeting. i was looking for a one with usb wire, and not the conventional speaker and mic wires. So this one was a good value.

Purchased to replace the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones since they gave out on me. These were like a tenth of the price and work extremely well. Would highly recommend for work from home.

When I need something other than speakers, this my go to headset for the pc. Just plug into USB jack, and your set. It couldnt be simpler. Sound is excellent.

Sometimes there's a reason why a similiar product costs more. Although the quality here is very good, it could be better. For that reason I returned the headset.

Great USB headset for the price. Volume not as loud as my older Logitech headset but much more sturdy. Nicely made, great earpieces with soft leather-like padding not the cheap foam slip on covers. Plenty of crod length. Simple easy to use volume/mute button. Great for Internet phone or video conference use.

I tried and returned $100+ headphones/headsets because people complained they could hardly hear me in zoom meetings. I gave a shot to this cheap one and voila! It does pretty well the job for my zoom meetings.

I bought this to help with a large project that required a lot of typing. It worked wonderfully for that and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the sound on my computer was through the headset instead of my speakers.

This is by far the best headset I have owned/used and for a great price. I work from home and must have something comfortable and reliable. This hit all the areas needed. Love that it has a mute button.

Pros: - Good sound quality - Long cable - Easy to adjust Cons: - Not Skype for Business compatible but still works with it - Uncomfortable at first but good once its broken it.

I bout for my wife to take her online classes. She says the work great and they feel pretty good. That's a win win for me, good price and she happy. Would have given (5stars if I had got the wireless so she could walk around and do other things while listening.

Working very well for most recordings. I've used this type of mic and headsets for many years and they've worked very well with few problems.

Very functional, good looking, well designed, and darned good price. The only reason for not adding the 5th star is that the earpiece doesn’t cover my whole ear—personal preference.
