The mic is adjustable so that you can position it closer to your mouth so that it picks up your voice better. I'm sorry that you had complaints about feedback during calls. I had to buy another headset. When I went to return this one I couldn't because the return policy is apparently only 15 days and due to COVID I was waiting to return when the stores opened because I did not want to go out to a shipping facility to mail it back.

Works but way too uncomfortable

I have since bought a Plantronics headset for a few dollars more that is much more comfortable and made with more flexible plastic. Having had Logitech keyboards this is very disappointing.
