When our daugther’s business PC mic and speakers inexplicably quit working after a Windows OS update, she needed a headset quickly. After some research of a number of available models and brands, I found this Logitech headset on a Black Friday sale for just $19.99. It’s one downside is that it is chorded. But that really does not matter if the user works sitting at a desk. My daugther and I both tested this model and observed the following positive characteristics. They are comfortable. The mic can be swiveled up out of the way. The PC with Windows 11 immediately recognized this headset. The sound clarity is very good. We tested the mic features where I spoke while she was talking in the background all while her dog was playing with a squeaky ball. On the recording, my voice was clear. The noise canceling was okay - her voice wasn’t picked up. The squeak from the ball was muted but could still be lightly heard. There is a volume control on the headset. This was not tested. The PC volume mixer works with this headset, so there are two ways to adjust the sound and volume. We did not test this headset with music.

I read other reviews before buying this and some people complained about the comfort – I have worn these for hours playing Battlefield 3 with no discomfort – so I don’t think that’s much of an issue. I have three minor complaints that prevented me from giving these 5 stars. First, the inline volume controls should be recessed, they are not, making it much too easy to accidently change the volume during a game, which causes my game to switch from full-screen mode to windows mode and I lose focus – which can be disastrous in the heat of a battle. Second, the wires are a bit light – not great quality. Third, the microphone only goes up and down – there’s no adjustment for distance from your mouth – I’ve had other headsets that had a fully adjustable microphone arm and I got spoiled by that. Other than that, they’re pretty good for the price. The sounds quality is good – no complaints about that. As I said before, the comfort is good enough. The frame seems sturdy enough. I like the sealed foam ear cushions – I’ve had some really cheap headsets in the past where the foam was exposed and would eventually disintegrate and leave tiny blank pieces all over the place. These are light – which is nice – adds to the comfort. A good buy for the price – I got them on sale - $20 off (I think) plus I had a $20 rebate coupon so my net amount was like $11 with tax (I think shipping was free).

This headset works exactly as expected. The sound quality is clear, the microphone picks up my voice well, and it's easy to plug in and use with no setup issues. It's comfortable for calls, meetings, and everyday use. Overall, a reliable headset that does its job well at a reasonable price.

I’ve been using this headset for a bit now and honestly, it just works. I’m happy with it, it does everything I need it to do without any issues. Sound quality is clear, both for listening and on calls, and the microphone picks up my voice well. It’s been great for meetings and everyday use. It’s also comfortable enough to wear for longer periods, which is a big plus. Nothing fancy, but it’s reliable and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Can’t really ask for more at this price.

These headphones work great! The audio quality is impressive, and they make voices sound very natural and human during calls. The setup was incredibly easy—just plug and play. They are comfortable enough for long meetings, and the noise-canceling microphone does a solid job of blocking out background chatter.

I work from a home office and spend half my life in distance meetings. I've tried speaker phones, really expensive bluetooth devices, in-ear headsets, and expensive Bose headsets. Most of these have been trashed or (if really expensive) stored in a box in the closet. But of all of them, this is the only headset I would purchase again - actually I did purchase it again! The sound quality is very good, the over ear design is comfortable and blocks a lot of side noise, the microphone is adjustable and can be raised when you're on mute, or brought down directly in front of your mouth to speak. They are wired and hookup to any USB port on your laptop. These are quite inexpensive and worth every penny. After 2 years of daily use and travel with the cord tightly wrapped, my first set started losing connectivity with the USB port and listeners couldn't hear my voice. I tossed it and bought another headset exactly like it. Of the 27 models I've tried, this one has the best listening and voice quality and is also cheap. It's comfy and takes a lot of abuse in my laptop bag. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Logitech headphones to be used in the office, for making and receiving calls through my computer (VOIP). My primary reason for selecting this product is due to the fact they were the first model offered utilizing a USB adapter vs. a microphone jack at this price point. They are comfortable, and the speaker/microphone quality is great. They are well-constructed, but not bulky - I hardly even know they are on. The in-line volume and mute controls are quite helpful to moderate different calls or to place someone on a temporary mute without having to fiddle with my computer settings. The obvious draw-back, in my opinion, is the fact that these headphones leave you physically tethered to your computer/source. As I do not work in a large office and have no need to be up and about while on the phone, this was a non-issue for me. A major advantage over the wireless/blue-tooth variety is the price and not having to deal with charging the unit. All in all, a terrific product at an unbeatable price. I recommend these to anyone in-need of two-way headphones.

This headset is lightweight and does not squeeze my head. I has good sound quality. I use it at work, and I don't get complaints from the people I call. I thought I would dislike the inflexible boom, but it's just fine. It is set at the right distance from the mouth to get the best sound quality. It can be raised or lowered while keeping the same distance from the face. I have recommended this headset to my coworkers who are looking for something lighter than the headsets provided at work.

I've worn these for up to 2 hrs at a time and they are very comfortable. I already had a set like this at work, but wanted another set for home. I listen to a lot of webinars, and am now participating in Zoom meetings, so I needed them. The ears are padded, the microphone is great, and the volume is adjustable from a switch on the cord. On top of this, they are very reasonably priced!

So I got this headset for webex meetings while working from home. I didn't want to spend a ton but I wanted a couple of important features. This unit does it for me. It was a low price and had a visible mute LED and a rotating mouthpiece arm and was USB plug and play and was comfortable enough to wear for an hour or two without driving me crazy. I can stick this in my credenza and drag it out for meetings with no connection hassles and the sound is great. Mute/unmute is easy and I like that it has a red/blinking red LED. That way I know the state of mute with a positive cue (not just wondering if no LED meant mute or malfunctioning LED). I wouldn't want to wear these for 8 hours a day because they aren't as comfy as my three hundred and fifty dollar noise cancelling Sony headphones, but thank God working from home doesn't require that from me. Logitech has dominated my work from home environment with keyboard, trackball and now headset too. Good job and thanks Logitech!

I mistakenly packed my set provided by work onto our moving truck during our move out of state and needed a pair before the truck would arrive to be able to do my job. I picked these up as a temporary fill-in until our truck arrived. They were a step down in price, but now I like them better than the original 'better' set and have continued to use these after our moving truck showed up. Clear sound with a handy volume adjustment on the cable. People I speak with are able to hear my loud and clear on my pone calls through softphone.

Comfortable. Clear sound. Mic is so sensitive that the other party can also hear my background noise. I see that as a positive. Nice long cord allows you to stand and walk around a bit. Volume and mute buttons on cord. Buttons also simultaneously control computer volume buttons which is good. If I need more, I would buy these again.

I work for a tech company from home and have a very large and loud Great Dane that barks at everything. Coworkers see her mouth moving when she's in my office, but cant hear her bark. Very comfortable on head and ears after they stretch for a few days after wearing. These last me for approximately one year of everyday use at work (40 hrs/wk). Absolutely best noise cancelling headphones for the money.

I purchased this headset for my work from home position with Teletech. Although it was not on their list of approved headsets it works fine with their software and passed all their tests. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an eight hour shift. The noise cancelling microphone works well in my tests--I wore the headset for several hours while not working, with the recorder running, then listened to the resulting recording. My office door was open. The headset did not pick up the television running in a different room, a lawn mower running close to my window. It just barely pick up my husband's voice when he came into my office and talked to me or the dog barking in a different room. It did pick up the cats who decided to have a raucous discussion under my desk, but not the romping around that let up to it. My only complaint is the kinking of the cord. About a third of the length of the cord because it kinks and wraps around itself. The loss of length isn't a problem in itself. However I am concerned that the severe kinks will result in breaks or shorts in the wires and will shorten the life of the headset. So I'm marking that I wouldn't recommend this product with an asterisk. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this to a friend, but I wouldn't try to talk anyone out of it either, especially if increased cord quality added a great deal to the price.

I bought this headset to use at work in a call center, because the headset the company provided was very heavy and gave me a headache. The volume is adjustable, and the sound is very clear. The mic folds up when not in use. I also use this headset at home with my laptop. Great value, sturdy, and well made.

If you are needing a headset to olay games or do office work from home, these are good. The audio quality is better than average, not great if you need full stereo or other gaming audio features but they do a pretty good job. Even though the headset does not go over the entire ear, they do sit comfortable on the ears and block out a lot of sound. The miic does cancel out most sounds, but if you do have a dog barking ir kids and they are being a little loud (i e. barking and laughing) the mic may pick it up. If you are soft spoken this mic may not pick up your voice. Overall, the mic picks up most of what I said even when speaking softly (my voice does carry though and even speaking quietly is said to not be that quiet). Value for the money is great. If you run your own business, need a headset for work (especially USB) then these are perfect
